F. Anthony Santiago
Anthony brings over three decades of sub and institutional real estate experience and is the third generation of his family to build professionally in the industry. He has led acquisition, asset management, capital formation, and enterprise operations across billions of dollars of commercial real estate transactions, scaling organizations from lean teams to enterprise platforms and enabling $2 B+ in realized project sales. As a former COO/CCO, Anthony designed and implemented enterprise operating systems, centralized controls, and automation frameworks that attracted institutional capital, improved investor returns, and standardized best‑practice workflows across development and asset management functions. He is a recognized practitioner of EOS and Six Sigma principles, deploying disciplined, data‑driven strategies that accelerate stabilization, compress hold periods, and protect downside while amplifying upside.
